Total construction cost approximately $1,900.000.00. FMO designed the facade repairs for this 6 story building for LL-11 6th cycle repairs. Work included entire replacement of parapet wall with new 24" tall parapet walls with side mounted rails, new sill, new hung and loose lintels and masonry repairs, such as pointing, brick replacement and epoxy crack injection.
