Total construction cost approximately $400,000.00. FMO designed the facade repairs for this 6 story landmark building for LL-11 6th cycle repairs. Work included new sills, new hung and loose lintels, replacement of terracotta sills and lintels,  new roofing overlay system approx.3,000sf, and masonry repairs such as pointing, brick replacement, epoxy crack injection and pinning.
